I always here people talk about “flattering” your body. Such as, if you’re fat, you need to wear certain clothing or position yourself in certain ways or suck in your stomach to “look thin.” The body is flattering no matter what. All the angles and rolls and shadows of my body are flattering.

I love it when people call fat people fat. My response is always to act confused. Like, “oh my god! Does my fat make me look fat?!”

Dressing as the opposite gender for False Identity Day, (apart of Homecoming.) I feel fucking awesome.

FUCK NO
This is not a fun game or a costume for you to put on for shits and giggles and take off at the end of the day when you need to say NO DON’T MAKE ME HOMELESS IT WAS JUST A SILLY JOKE. Trans* people’s identities are not false and are not for you to play with in this problematic context. You do not get to perpetuate the disguise and deception stereotype that is harmful and causes real violence and “feel fucking awesome” about it. Check your privilege.

yeah, this is pretty gross and a great example of what we DO NOT WANT in our submissions. gender isn’t a costume or a “false identity”. this type of submission is NOT what this blog is for.
